Buyers flocking to Brooklyn to buy up some Village life.


Phase I sales have started at Village Terrace, a 42-unit glass-and-brick luxury condominium project which captures the traditional radiance of a culture rich community, blending seamlessly into the charming and welcoming neighborhood of Gravesend in Brooklyn.

Contracts have gone out on half the units in Phase I since sales opened at the development, a joint venture of Manhattan-based Wonder Works Wonder Works is a children's museum, a non-profit corporation established in 2002, located in the village of Oak Park, Illinois. It is the successor to the Children's Museum of Oak Park, established in 1993.  Construction Corp.--which is also building the Chelsea Club on W. 19th Street in Manhattan--and The Bobker Group from Sydney, Australia, developer of Morgan Lofts on 36th Street and Maple Terraces, a twin tower project opposite Nieman Marcus in White Plains, NY.
