Buyers flock to Icon's 985 Park Avenue as sales hit 60%.


Contrary to current market wisdom, when 985 Park was first introduced to New York's broker elite, the primary tools given to Fox-Miller Marketing Services were samples of finishes, floor plans, renderings and a sales office designed by Geoffrey Bradfield with a prototype of the living room.
