The service, free to agencies, utilizes BuyMedia's Web-based platform, BuyMedia.com, and leading operations software on both the buyer and seller ends. Radio stations send invoices electronically directly to agencies from BuyMedia's Marketron system, the sales, proposal, traffic and billing software used by stations controlling 80% of national and regional advertising, via BuyMedia.com. Registered media professionals view the invoices through a secure Web browser The program that serves as your front end to the Web on the Internet. In order to view a site, you type its address (URL) into the browser's Location field; for example, www.computerlanguage.com, and the home page of that site is downloaded to you.  and can send the information instantly into most agency buying software, including Donovan, SmartPlus and Datatech. With BuyMedia's electronic invoicing, agencies receive invoices more quickly, eliminate paper and reduce errors. Stations experience fewer data entry errors, improved agency relationships, faster bill reconciliation and timely payments. Improved billing accuracy and efficiency results in increased revenues for both agencies and stations.
