Buy California Marketing Agreement. (Marketing People).

Scott Horsfall joins the staff of the newly formed Buy California Marketing Agreement as chief operating officer. As COO, Horsfall will develop and manage the marketing and advertising activities of the program. Horsfall was formerly the president of the California Kiwifruit Commission.
