Cricket: Mark Butcher Mark Alan Butcher (born Croydon, Surrey, 23 August 1972) is an English cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman, and to a lesser degree a right-arm medium-pace bowler.

Butcher has played all his county cricket for Surrey, for whom he made his first-class debut in 1992.
