.) is pleased to announce it has entered into a five year, exclusive contract with renowned golf coach Butch Harmon Claude "Butch" Harmon, Jr. (born August 28, 1943) is one of the world's best known golf instructors. He is the son of 1948 Masters champion Claude Harmon, Sr. and has been in the golf industry since 1965. .

Under the terms of this agreement Butch will receive 200,000 shares of Firelight common stock in each of the five years for a total accumulated ac·cu·mu·late

 stock position of one million shares, which represents approximately 10% of the company. He will receive as well production fees and other performance based financial incentives. This new partnership involves the Worldwide rights to all Butch Harmon Instructional Video Tapes and will add to existing Harmon endorsements held by Firelight. Under the contract Firelight will have Butch for production dates in each of the five years as well as personal appearances for promotion and support in marketing the products. Production this year is scheduled to begin early in October with targeted marketing expected to begin prior to the Christmas season. As coach to the number one ranked player in the world and numerous other elite professional golfers, Butch Harmon brings an international profile to the company and will provide Firelight with invaluable knowledge, insight and opportunities on new products and merchandise for the golfing community.
