Busy market prompts Jones Lang LaSalle's CT expansion.


Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  is relocating its Stamford office to 100 First Stamford Place from its existing building at 500 Summer Street to accommodate the dynamic growth of its business in lower Connecticut.

 company has seen a tremendous boost in activity in all aspects of commercial real estate in Westchester and Fairfield counties. Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its staff from a handful of professionals two years ago to more than 15 people at year-end 2006, with additional new employees planned in the next few months.

To accommodate its larger staff, the company will occupy about 5,000 s/f at 100 First Stamford Place, more than triple the size of its previous space at 500 Summer Street.

Jones Lang LaSalle's project and development services team has seen tremendous growth throughout Connecticut. Assignments include Front Street District in Hartford, formerly known as Adriaen's Landing; W&M Metro Center II in Stamford; The Houses at Greenwich Armory in Greenwich; and the relocation RELOCATION, Scotch law, contracts.
