Business expansion.

Mission Foods, a division of Mexico-based Gruma, the world's largest tortilla and corn flour producing company, signed a 10-year lease at 14200-4220 Arminta St. in Panorama City valued at $16 million. The 200,003-square-foot distribution facility, which was constructed last year, will be converted and upgraded for use as a factory. Mission Foods has four other facilities in Southern California already. It is receiving incentives from the City of Los Angeles as part of the recent deal.
