Mission Foods, a division of Mexico-based Gruma Gruma SAB de CV (NYSE: GMK, BMV: Gruma) is the largest manufacturer of corn flour and tortillas in the world[1]. Its brand names include Maseca, Mission (or Misión, in Mexico), and Guerrero. Founded in 1949 as "Molinos Azteca, S.A. , the world's
largest tortilla and corn flour flour, finely ground, usually sifted, meal of grain, such as wheat, rye, corn, rice, or buckwheat. Flour is also made from potatoes, peas, beans, peanuts, etc. Usually it refers to the finely ground and bolted (i.e. producing company, signed a 10-year
