Burke honored

WORCESTER - Brendon Burke, a senior at Burncoat High School, has been named winner of the Student Ethics Award Scholarship from the Better Business Bureau of Central New England Inc., the organization reported in a news release.

The award honors students for their leadership, community service and academic achievement.

Building leased

WEBSTER - Tyree Organization of Farmingdale, N.Y., has leased the 15,540-square-foot building at 26 Town Forest Road and relocated to Webster.

Glickman Kovago & Co. of Worcester brokered the lease between Viking Corp. of Webster and Tyree Organization.

Founded in 1930, Tyree has evolved from a family-run construction company into a major, multidimensional petroleum services and environmental firm. James Glickman, a principal and founder of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented Viking, and Kelleher & Sadowsky represented Tyree.
