Business Wire Forms Strategic Alliance With CompanyNews, France's Leading Multi-Channel Corporate News Distribution Service.


SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 21, 1999--

Business Wire has entered into a sales, marketing and distribution agreement with CompanyNews, France's leading multi-channel distributor of corporate news to the media and investment community.

CompanyNews is a subsidiary of the influential financial publisher Agefi and Agence France-Presse Agence France-Presse (AFP)
