 Corporation (Nasdaq:SNDK) announced today that Business Week magazine has selected SanDisk for inclusion in a prestigious company performance list it publishes annually.

In its June June: see month.  23rd issue, Business Week published its annual Info Tech 100 Annual Report in which it reviewed the financial performance of information technology companies over the last year. SanDisk was ranked 43rd on the top 100 list. In a sub-listing of firms with the best shareholder returns, SanDisk was ranked third with returns of 159.4 percent through May 30, 2003. In a second category of companies with the fastest revenue growth, SanDisk was listed 8th with 74.3 percent.
