Business Valet Services Inc. announces decision to not proceed with planned acquisition of Compass Knowledge Group Inc.
SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1999--
Business Valet Services Inc. (OTC BB:BSVS BSVS - Back-up Secure Voice System) Wednesday said they have received a letter from Compass Knowledge Group Inc. (CKGI) withdrawing from the Letter of Intent signed by both companies.
CKGI, said this was due to the over the counter bulletin board eligibility rule changes, which simply does not allow adequate time for CKGI to complete our transaction and comply with the new changes.
