Business Valet Services Corp. Announces Proposed Acquisition.

Business Valet Services Corp. (OTCBB: BSVS) Monday announced that it is preparing documents to complete the acquisition of CAI Acquisition Co. Inc. ("CAI"), a privately-held Massachusetts corporation with it principal offices located in Springfield, Mass.

The proposed acquisition of CAI is subject to certain conditions. The proposed acquisition will involve recapitalization of the company, change of management, change of corporate name, change of corporate headquarters and other significant matters, if completed.

CAI provides custom electronic manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers in the electronics, computer and telecommunications industries. These services include design assistance and prototype production at the product development stage and a wide variety of assembly, integration, packaging and test services at different levels of volume production.

In its assembly operations, CAI utilizes advanced automated surface mount technology manufacturing processes and has developed production capabilities employed in advanced electronic packaging technologies.

CAI also has extensive capability and experience in semi-automated and manual assembly of complex thru-hole circuit board assembly, resulting in advantages in hybrid, or mixed technology production.

CAI combines its design review and prototyping services and advanced manufacturing and assembly capabilities, together with materials sourcing and procurement, advanced testing, systems integration ("box-build") and order fulfillment services, to provide a complete turnkey solution for its customers.

CAI believes that its turnkey operations provide its customers with greater design and production flexibility, reduced time-to-market, access to advanced manufacturing processes, reduced inventory and procurement costs, reduced risk of exposure to cost variations, and lower overall product costs.
