NBTA member travel buyers control $170 billion in travel expenditures each year and manage travel on behalf of companies with more than 7 million business travelers. The projection of the vast majority of those travel managers was born out yesterday by the announcement of a merger of Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines.
