Center's (HQ AFOTEC AFOTEC Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center ) Management Information Network in the following areas: IT programs management, IT systems design and engineering, database development and management, network administration, system administration, website development and management, and IT multimedia support. Additionally, the contract will furnish point-to-point telecommunications capability through dedicated frame-rely circuits for video teleconferencing between HQ AFOTEC, the detachments and operating locations.
