BTP deployed new Dell desktops and installed upgrades of Sage Software's Timeslips time tracking software and Peachtree accounting application to streamline billing and financial processes. The firm now has integrated messaging and VoIP telephones, utilizing Cisco Call Manager Express, and also has mobile access to email via a new BlackBerry server.
