Mr. Maschoff comes to CRA from Navigant Consulting, Inc., where he was a member of the firm's management team and was responsible for financial advisory services to the power sector. Prior to Navigant, Mr. Maschoff was the founder of his own management consulting firm. He began his career at Planmetrics, Inc., a consultancy focused on electric and gas utilities.

With more than 25 years of relevant experience, Mr. Maschoff has presented at numerous industry events and published many articles and white papers on the subject of business strategy and financial performance of investor-owned utilities.
