Hendrick, IDC's Group Vice President of Application Development and Deployment Research, one of the leading industry analysts following rule and EDM technologies, will deliver a keynote address entitled, "Intelligent Decision Automation: The Key to Business Process Optimization," on Wednesday, October 24 at 9:00 a.m. Mr. Hendrick's session will bring together IDC research regarding key metrics, opportunities, and issues driving the business rules and EDM market and their implication for business process optimization.
