: BRGP) announced today the acquisition of Corporate Source, a workspace services and products provider located in Dallas.

Business Resource Group purchased substantially all the assets of Corporate Source, including accounts receivable accounts receivable n. the amounts of money due or owed to a business or professional by customers or clients. Generally, accounts receivable refers to the total amount due and is considered in calculating the value of a business or the business' problems in paying , and also assumed certain of its liabilities. In operation since July, 1995, Corporate Source's revenues for the six month period ending Dec. 31, 1995, were approximately $1.5 million. Its largest customers include Comp USA, Affiliated Computer Systems and Dealer Development Services. Included in the assets purchased by the Company is approximately $700,000 in backlog.

The acquisition of Corporate Source will allow Business Resource Group to incorporate its facilities management The management of a user's computer installation by an outside organization. All operations including systems, programming and the datacenter can be performed by the facilities management organization on the user's premises.  operations in the Dallas area with Corporate Source's existing offices, thus offering local businesses access to its full range of workspace services and products from a single location.
