Business Partners Experience the Power of One At Exact Software North America Conference; Directions 2002 Honors Top Organizations.

Exact Software North America, the company that delivers software businesses never outgrow, shared "The Power of One -- The Next Generation of Single Source Solutions" with its Business Partners during the company's annual Directions conference.

Highlights of the annual event included Business Partner awards as well as a first look at Macola ES, the company's latest back-office offering. Macola ES is slated for release at the end of August.

Directions attendees also learned more about e-Synergy, the browser-based front-office solution that enables businesses to benefit fully from the Internet. e-Synergy is the signature product of Exact Software N.V., Exact Software North America's parent company. This product will be introduced to the North American market later this year.

Algorithm Inc. earned the Most New Sites Award, which is given to the Business Partner organization with the most new site sales in 2001.

Progressive Business Solutions received the Most Add-Ons award. This award is presented to the Business Partner with the most add-on sales based on the most dollars per user in 2001.

Alembic Computer Services Inc. was presented the Top Service Award, which recognizes the Business Partner with the most satisfied user base in 2001.

Rounding out the top four awards was CONSENSUS SA, which was named International Partner of the Year. This award recognizes the international Business Partner that contributed the most to Exact Software North America's goals in 2001.

Exact Software North America also announced the members of its President's Council. Being named to President's Council requires superior sales performance as well as establishing and maintaining an effective Business Partner relationship. Members of this year's Council have demonstrated all the attributes needed to achieve that relationship -- teamwork, customer service and product commitment.
