(BPS), an IBM Midrange Systems Distributor, has signed a distribution agreement with DataMirror Corporation to become a prime distributor of DataMirror software across the Americas. BPS is the leading value-added distributor for IBM with a network of more than 700 business partners.

This agreement will greatly enhance DataMirror's ability to reach customers needing interconnected data solutions for their IBM AS/400(TM), RS/6000(R), S/390(R) mainframe, and Netfinity(R) server based systems. Under the terms of the agreement, BPS will become a prime distributor for the entire DataMirror product family, including Transformation Server, High Availability Suite, and SQL Pump.

DataMirror and BPS will be communicating and rolling out the details of the agreement through several promotional vehicles, including a joint solution provider exposition at this year's Business Partner Executive Conference (BPEC) in New Orleans, February 21 through February 24.
