Business Objects Plans Stock Offering On Paris Exchange.

Business Objects (Nasdaq:BOBJ BOBJ Business Objects SA ) today announced it plans to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a prospectus with the Commission des Operations de Bourse bourse (brs), term applied to a European stock exchange. The first international bourse was established in Antwerp in the 16th cent.  to cover the offering of approximately one million ordinary shares, all of which will be offered by the company.

The offering will be made in connection with a listing on the Premier Marche Marche, region, Italy
Marche (mär`kā) or the Marches, region (1991 pop. 1,429,205), 3,742 sq mi (9,692 sq km), E central Italy, extending from the eastern slopes of the Apennines to the Adriatic Sea.
