In this newly created position, Gray is responsible for leading Business Objects global efforts to attract, develop, and retain employees. He will report directly to Bernard Liautaud, Business Objects president and CEO. Today, Business Objects has more than 1300 employees worldwide.

He has also held human resources director positions for Raychem (Menlo Park, Calif. and Swindon, England) and Allied Colloids Group Plc. in Bradford, England.
