Business Objects Announces the Implementation of Its Share Repurchase Program.

The share repurchase program is described in the annual report in form of Document de Reference registered with the AMF on April 24, 2006 under the number R.06-0038.

Under the Board authorization, the Company is allowed to repurchase its own shares up to a maximum price of $50 per American Depositary Receipt American Depositary Receipt (ADR)
