RALEIGH, N.C. -- Goldratt Consulting Ltd. announced that Eliyahu M. Goldratt Eliyahu M. Goldratt (1948 - ) is an Israeli physicist turned business consultant, the originator of the Theory of Constraints (abbreviation: TOC).
