ShelterCare in Eugene has received a $5,000 grant from the Jill Heiman Vision Fund of the Oregon Country Fair The Oregon Country Fair (OCF) is a three-day fair that takes place yearly beginning on the Friday of the second weekend in July in Veneta, Oregon, approximately 15 miles west of Eugene, with an attendance of approximately 45,000 over the three day period, with attendance peaking  to expand ShelterCare's homeless project.

Home Depot has given $3,000 to The Energy Outlet in Eugene to fund energy education work.

The Lane County Chapter of the American Red Cross American Red Cross: see Red Cross.  has received donations from the following: Arlie & Co. of Eugene, $7,500; Eugene Emeralds, $1,500; Sony Disc Manufacturing in Springfield, $1,500.

SERVICES

IPKoke in Eugene has donated printing services to the following: Options Counseling, printing services valued at $680; FOOD for Lane County, services valued at $786; Camp Fire USA
''For the rock band, see Campfire Girls (band).


Camp Fire USA is a nationwide youth organization that began on March 17, 1910 as Camp Fire Girls. The organization has been co-ed since 1975 and has youth from pre-kindergarten through age 21.
 Wilani Council, services valued at $2,440; Relief Nursery, services valued at $2,033; Greenhill Humane Society, services valued at $3,300; and Birth to Three, services valued at $1,659.
