Business Express Airlines taps Alex. Brown and Sons as investment banking firm.


PORTSMOUTH, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1995-- Business Express Airlines announced today that it has retained the investment banking firm of Alex. Brown and Sons Inc. to review future strategic alternatives for the airline.

Such alternatives might include an initial public offering, development of strategic alliances, and review of potential merger and acquisition opportunities. Alex. Brown and Sons Inc. is the oldest investment banking firm in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America.
