WHAT:     "Business and National Health Care Reform"
          At this conference, CEOs of major companies, health benefits
          leaders, and experts in health care policy will discuss the
          renewed interest of private sector in health care reform,
          the challenges to--and prospects for--continued employer-
          based coverage, and the strengths and weaknesses, from a
          business perspective, of recent proposals for universal
          coverage.

The conference is intended to encourage discussion about business and healthcare reform among a diverse group that includes legislators, congressional staff, journalists, policy experts, and members of the Washington, D.C. business community. Panel topics include "The Business Case for National Health Care Reform," "Universal Coverage: Lessons From California California (kăl'ĭfôr`nyə), most populous state in the United States, located in the Far West; bordered by Oregon (N), Nevada and, across the Colorado River, Arizona (E), Mexico (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W). ," and "Employer Innovations in Health Care."

There is no cost for attending this conference. Continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
