The Milan Business Development Center is a collaboration between AO, the Tennessee Small Business Development Centers and the Northwest Tennessee Development District.

PMC, an asset management company headquartered in Charlestown, Indiana, is dedicated to maximizing the value of government assets and technology. PMC's managing partner, Mr. Sid Saunders, stated, "The AO/PMC marketing agreement allows PMC to work with the surrounding community to bring tenants to MLAAP and to help reduce the Army's cost of operation at MLAAP."
