Alan J. Lane, president of Business Bank of California announced the promotion of Steve Janda to executive vice president, real estate finance manager.

Since joining Business Bank of California in 1996, Janda has been the key person in the development of the bank's Real Estate Finance department. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate construction financing, he has a proven track record of successfully managing regional real estate loan portfolios.
