Business Bank of California The Bank of California was founded in San Francisco, California on July 5, 1864 by William Chapman Ralston. Alan J. Lane, president of Business Bank of California announced the promotion of Elizabeth Larson to the position of branch manager for the bank's Hemet office, located at 800 E. Florida Ave.

Larson joined the bank as a commercial loan officer in October 2000, shortly after the acquisition of Hemet's Valley Merchants Bank by Business Bank of California. She was a key person in the introduction of Business Bank of California to the Hemet/San Jacinto business community. Larson was previously with Union Bank in Menifee where she held the position of assistant manager.

Her responsibilities included business development and training of the sales staff to market the bank's products and services. She will continue to focus on business development and will take on the additional responsibilities of running the branch.

"Elizabeth's business expertise in Hemet and the surrounding communities has been instrumental in helping the bank establish a strong presence in the Hemet area," stated Lane.

Larson's commitment to community includes memberships in the Professional Women's Round Table, National Association of Female Executives, The National Association of Securities Dealers National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)

 and she currently serves as treasurer for the San Jacinto San Jacinto, river, c.130 mi (210 km) long, rising in SE Texas as the West Fork and flowing S to Galveston Bay. Its chief tributary is Buffalo Bayou, and both the bayou and the lower river are used for the Houston ship channel.  Rotary.
