Business Automation Technology Leaders Join EasyLink's Management Team; Douglas Myers Named VP of Sales; Stuart Tarmy Named VP of Marketing.

EasyLink Services Corporation (NASDAQ: EASY), a leading global provider of services that power the exchange of information between enterprises, their trading communities and their customers, today announced that Douglas Myers has been named Vice President of Sales and Stuart Tarmy has been appointed Vice President of Marketing.

Mr. Myers will lead EasyLink's North American and Global Account sales initiatives, driving rapid market penetration within the transaction delivery services arena. Mr. Tarmy will oversee all facets of corporate marketing for the Company including product management, pricing, positioning and promotion, public relations and market research activities, as EasyLink continues to expand its service offerings and customer base across the transaction delivery services market. Mr. Myers and Mr. Tarmy each bring over 15 years of technology sales and marketing management expertise to the Company. Both are key members of the executive team and will report to Thomas Murawski, President and Chief Executive Officer of EasyLink.

Mr. Myers brings to EasyLink extensive sales experience from several related industries including e-business, systems integration, outsourcing and consulting services. Prior to joining EasyLink, he held senior management positions at Sterling Commerce, a worldwide leader in providing e-business integration solutions, most recently serving as senior vice president of global strategic accounts. In this capacity, he created and managed a high-performance sales and support organization of 130 people driving over $200 million in annual revenue. Prior to this position at Sterling Commerce, Myers was the vice president of global sales and major accounts where he was responsible for managing Sterling's top customers in repositioning the business from an EDI vendor to an e-business solutions provider. Mr. Myers also held senior management positions at Accenture including business development director where he was responsible for the start-up of a new sales organization targeting Fortune 100 companies in developing long-term relationships and setting the business direction for the consulting business. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Wright State University.

Mr. Tarmy has sixteen years of marketing experience in the e-commerce, information technology and financial services industries. Most recently, he served as vice president, worldwide marketing and sales at Charles River Development where he was responsible for the management and ongoing expansion of its domestic and international sales, marketing and business development efforts. Prior to Charles River, Mr. Tarmy was Chief Operating Officer at Bondvillage, where he spearheaded its overall company growth strategy and managed its day-to-day operations for this start-up financial services company. Mr. Tarmy was also vice president of the Smart Card Business Division of MasterCard International where he had global responsibility for their smart card/e-commerce business and product development initiatives. He also held management positions at Bankers Trust Company, ADP and McKinsey & Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.
