New Accounts

-- The U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs has given notification of its

intent to exercise a US$6 million second-year option under the

terms of an existing five-year contract with ATS to help solve

BIA's complex land title disputes. The Trust Asset and Accounting

IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  AS/400 computers at

FINA's Houston data center. ATS will provide base services for

the AS/400s, including system monitoring A System Monitor (SM) is a process within a distributed system for collecting and storing state data.

New Products and Agreements

-- EnVision, an e-business financial and accounting solution, is the

next generation of back-office business systems for energy

exploration and production professionals. The enVision

application is an advanced modular system, which includes

components necessary for financial and joint-venture accounting,

budgeting and corporate planning. The modules provide users with

a complete picture of corporate finances and allow companies to

track short-term profits and long-term growth online. It uses the

latest technology from Oracle and is fully Web-enabled.

-- Terravision Preview, an asset-management system, allows ATS

customers to manage the full range of asset information by

providing complete, systemwide integration. It enables customers

to evaluate changes in production rates, reserves and net present

value resulting from acquisition, exploration or development

activity in focused areas and can measure real return on

investment in these areas. The system can assess value for

potential acquisitions or dispositions of properties or assets;

provide backup information to potential buyers; and help

customers meet key corporate performance targets by

reconsolidating asset-base performance with capital budget plans.

oil and gas revenue check processing that is compatible with data

in the Artesia System from ATS.

Rankings for the 1999 Technology Fast 50 awards were based on the percentage of growth in revenues over the past five years and reflected ATS' 934 percent growth for the period.
