) - Bushu Pharmaceuticals announced on March 1 that it has begun using two newly constructed facilities for the inspection, packaging, and storage of biotechnology-based drugs.

The first facility, built at a cost of 2.6 billion yen (US $22m), is used for packaging and inspection. The other facility, which cost 200 million yen ($1.7m) to construct, is used for refrigerated re·frig·er·ate

The company now aims to increase its manufacturing capacity and strengthen its presence in the market.
