Bush Boake Allen holds annual meeting.


MONTVALE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 1996--The stockholders of Bush Boake Allen Inc. have voted to elect all directors on the slate presented at the company's annual meeting held on May 1, 1996 at the Woodcliff Lake, N.J. Hilton Hotel.

Directors elected to one-year terms at the meeting were Peter L. Acton, Julian W. Boyden, Thomas R. Crane, Jr., L. Robert Pfund, James M. Reed, George J. Sella sella /sel·la/ (sel´ah) pl. sel´lae   [L.]
