Acton a director of the company effective November 3, 1994. He succeeds Walter L. Jones who resigned. Acton is general manager of Union Camp Corporation's Chemical Products Division and has served in that position since early 1990. Previously he had been vice president and business manager of the Fluro Carbons Division of Allied Chemical Canada Inc. In other actions the board also elected Jon M. Dunn vice president, Americas region, and John R. Wright, vice president, commerce and technology. Charles D. Weller has also been elected treasurer of the company. Dunn has been with Bush Boake Allen for 18 years.
