The US president visited the supposed site of the Sermon on the Mount Sermon on the Mount Biblical collection of religious teachings and ethical sayings attributed to Jesus, as reported in the Gospel of St. Matthew. The sermon was addressed to disciples and a large crowd of listeners to guide them in a life of discipline based on a new law of yesterday. The friars, one reading from the Gospels, then joined him on a short "Christ's footsteps" walk to the Sea of Galilee's shore. Mr Bush said: "It's an amazing experience." Earlier he was visibly moved as he visited the Jewish Holocaust memorial museum in Jerusalem.
