Levine, president of Levine Builders, on receiving the prestigious Community Builder Award presented by Phipps Houses at its annual fundraiser. The award recognizes significant contributions to building New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of City's communities. Phipps Houses is the largest not-for-profit developer of housing for low- and moderate-income families in the City. Mr. Resnick served as one of the dinner co-chairs this year. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Levine has developed, constructed and renovated thousands of residential units. He is also BUILD-PAC Trustee for the National Association of Home Builders The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is one of the largest trade associations in the United States.
