) announces a resolution has been reached with Michael Paloma and Red Rock Entertainment regarding the feature film, "Forget About It." BSEG and Red Rock have now resolved all legal disputes involving both companies.

BSEG is preparing for the American Film Market in November, where the company will sell and exhibit its production lineup which includes the supernatural thriller, "Angel's Blood," and "Tow Truck" from the horror genre, a thrilling murder mystery entitled "The Mirror" and the pulp, crime drama, "Tool Girls."
