Burritoville nabs hot spots.Growing Mexican food chain, Burritoville, owned by TruFoods Corp., recently signed new leases at 150 E. 43rd Street in the Chrysler Building Chrysler Building, in midtown Manhattan, New York City, at Lexington Ave. between 42d and 43d St. The ultimate art deco-style skyscraper, it was commissioned by Walter P. Chrysler, designed by William Van Alen, and built in 1926–30. and 65 Fifth Avenue at 14th Street, two of Manhattan's most well-trafficked sites. Both locations are scheduled to open within three months. Newmark New Spectrum Retail's Amira Yunis, senior managing director, spearheaded the leases on behalf of Burritoville. Burritoville's space in the Chrysler Building totals 1,700 square feet and was formerly occupied by the Pret A Manger Pret A Manger (French for "Ready to Eat") (informally "Pret") is a UK sandwich retailer.
