Burr Pilger Mayer Announces Practice Group Rotations.


SAN FRANCISCO San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden  -- Burr Pilger Mayer announces the rotation of Practice Group Leaders, formerly known as Heads of Department. "Practice Groups better identify the services we offer and is more in line with the newly redesigned look and feel of the firm," said Steve Mayer, Managing Partner. "Typically BPM rotates practice group leaders every two years. By rotating, the firm gets fresh ideas and enables the outgoing leaders to mentor the new leaders."

The new Practice Group Leaders transitioned into their positions on July 1st. Brad Holsworth replaced Mark Loveless as leader of the Assurance group; Doug Schultz replaced Sandy Murray of the Tax group; Russ Burbank replaced Curtis Burr of the Consulting group. Henry Pilger will continue to lead the Wealth Management group.

Practice Group Leaders are responsible for the general management of their practice group including new business efforts, staff development and client relations in addition to maintaining their own book of business.
