Exercises to burn stubborn belly fat
Walking, jogging and running is the simplest, cheapest and easiest ways to start burning belly fat. You do not need a expensive gym membership and really you only need to pair of running shoes. You can run when the sun is out, when it is raining, when it is snowing, in the morning, in the evening etc.
If you are out of shape and really overweight then running may be bad for your knees and well generally it is hard to run if you are out of shape anyway. So brisk walking for a lot of people is the first step. For example if you are 225 pounds and you walk for 30 minutes at 4 mph, then you would burn 263 calories. This is not bad at all and if you do it 3-4 times a week, then it is a good start.
So after a month ot two of brisk walking lets say you lose 15 pounds and you decide to start running because you have lost some weight and are in much better shape. For example if you are 210 pounds and run for 30 minutes at 7 mph, then you would burn 548 calories. That is a lot more than with walking. The key is always to improve yourself and push yourself to the next level. If you would have continued brisk walking at 4 mph for 30 minutes, then sooner or later you wold have hit a fat loss plateau. But if you keep pushing yourself, then you will burn fat without hitting a plateau.
