The contract is valued at $4.125 million, and has been sold to an Alberta based Real Estate Investment Fund. The transaction is scheduled to close on August 4, 1998. Heritage purchased the property from Churchill Heights Properties on September 4, 1997.

H.C.I. Chairman and C.E.O., Jerry Janik, is excited about the sale. "We reached our projections on this property two years early and the revenue that this sale generates," said Janik, "will provide the initial capital that Heritage Concepts requires for its aggressive growth plans."
