Burke petitions for Bar reinstatement.

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10(b), Nathaniel Bundy Burke of Stuart has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Burke was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, pursuant to an April 19, 2007, order as a result of a criminal conviction for possession of cocaine, discharging a firearm in public, driving under the influence, and failing to appear on behalf of several criminal defendants on May 30, 2006, due to incapacitation.
