) announces a partnership with Visa[R] that will benefit HAVE IT YOUR WAY[R] Foundation in support of education and give 50 Visa[R] and BURGER KING[R] customers a chance to take home a $1,000 Visa[R] gift card.

Today through Oct. 5, 2008, BURGER KING[R] customers who use their Visa[R] card for purchases at approximately 7,200 participating BURGER KING[R] restaurants in the U.S. are automatically entered for a chance to win a $1,000 from Visa[R] gift card.(1) For each winner, Visa[R] will also donate $1,000 to HAVE IT YOUR WAY[R] Foundation's BURGER KING[R] Scholars program.

In total, 50 winners will each receive a $1,000 Visa[R] gift card and Visa[R] will also donate $50,000 to the BURGER KING[R] Scholars Program, which is HAVE IT YOUR WAY[R] Foundation's educational cornerstone. The Foundation provides scholarships to commendable com·mend
