of this commitment, the company is continually exploring a number of ways to help promote nutrition education to its guests in a manner that will have a meaningful impact on their food choices.

The company currently requires that all BURGER KING[R] restaurants nationwide feature a detailed nutrition poster in a visible and prominent location near the counter for its guests to see when ordering and purchasing menu items. To ensure BURGER KING[R] restaurants are in compliance with this mandatory requirement, the company uses trained Operations Specialists to check restaurants for the nutrition poster nationwide. In summer 2008, Burger King Corp. also began requiring that every restaurant make nutrition brochures available for its guests. Detailed nutrition information for all U.S. menu items, menu planning tools and a link to the U.S. government-sponsored site, www.MyPyramid.gov are also available on the company's Web site, at www.bk.com.

In addition, Burger King Corp. is making it even easier for customers to choose meals that fit their individual diets and lifestyles, by identifying more than 350 BURGER KING[R] meal combinations that provide 650 calories or less. Examples of these meal combinations are featured on tray liners, queue signs and window decals at participating BURGER KING[R] restaurants nationwide, as well as available online at www.bk.com/positivesteps.

To complement these nutrition education efforts, BKC has made a commitment to the Council of Better Business Bureau's (CBBB CBBB Council of Better Business Bureaus
