 (BvD), the leading electronic publisher of business information, and Zephus, researchers of global M&A activity, announce the publishing of a free, quarterly M&A Synopsis A summary; a brief statement, less than the whole.

A synopsis is a condensation of something—for example, a synopsis of a trial record.

Each M&A Synopsis includes an overview of M&A activity for the quarter, country and sector focus, deal of the quarter, rumour highlights, advisor analysis, and a venture capital/ private equity review. The next M&A Synopsis will be published in January January: see month.  2003.
