The Bureau of Land Management Director Kathleen Clarke Kathleen Clarke (Irish: Caitlín Uí Chléirigh; 11 April 1878–29 September 1972) was an Irish Sinn Féin and later Fianna Fáil politician who served for as a TD for the Dublin Mid constituency and was the first female Lord Mayor of  recently announced the appointment of new state directors to fill positions left vacant by retirements and resignations over the past few months. Linda Rundell, BLM's associate state director in Alaska and previously district manager of the agency's Las Cruces Las Cruces (läs kr`sĭs), city (1990 pop. 62,126), seat of Dona Ana co., SW N.Mex., on the Rio Grande, in a farm area irrigated by the Elephant Butte system; founded 1848, inc. 1907. , N.M. field office, will return to New Mexico New Mexico, state in the SW United States. At its northwestern corner are the so-called Four Corners, where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah meet at right angles; New Mexico is also bordered by Oklahoma (NE), Texas (E, S), and Mexico (S).  as state director. Bob Bennett, the associate state director in Utah and a e8-year veteran of the BLM BLM n abbr (US) (= Bureau of Land Management) → les domaines , will assume the position of Wyoming state director. Bennett previously served in a variety of positions with the BLM in Wyoming, including acting state director and deputy state director for minerals and lands. "Providing balanced stewardship that serves our multiple-use mission requires skilled and dedicated leadership, along with a determination to involve the public in all aspects of pubic land management," Clarke said.
