Bureau of Electronic Publishing, Inc. & American Management Association announce formation of a new company.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 1996--Bureau of Electronic Publishing, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEPI), a major CD-ROM developer and publisher now doing business under the name of Thynx, and American Management Association (AMA), the New York Board of Regents-incorporated educator, which is the world's leading management education and training organization, announced today a cooperative undertaking to be called Amacom New Media, Inc.

The new company is being co-funded by Thynx and AMA and is designed to expand the reach of the AMA's management education materials (contained in its seminars, books, periodicals, and other educational and training products) through Thynx's seven years of development and marketing expertise in the CD-ROM industry.
